A few points on the flowers here and a few more points on the tent there, and your margins really start to look good. Maybe the flowers don&#039;t smell so great, but is anyone paying attention? There&#039;s a lot going on.  The day has come and now the photographer show up an hour late (certainly it was traffic).  The parents are furious and want a credit, but today&#039;s the big day and the show must go on.  For sure you impose liquidated damages on the photographer&#039;s contract, but only partially credit the parents and once again increase your margins.  

It&#039;s a real conflict of interest for the GC, quality or profit, so it&#039;s a good idea to reduce that very real conflict in your approach to procurement.  Great parable.]]></description>
